Thank you for supporting our stationery brand. Because each product is thoughtfully curated and prepared with care, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.
Due to the nature of our products—including curated card sets, stationery, and pre-order items—we are unable to accept returns once an order has been placed.
However, your experience matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@carlislecreativeco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right.

Pre-order items may take up to 3 weeks to ship, as noted on the product page.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
